3-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship for 3 years from the date your project is completed — specifically, issues that trace back to how the concrete was installed rather than normal wear, material behavior, or outside causes. This includes:

• Structural cracking caused by improper site preparation, base compaction, or reinforcement placement
• Settling or heaving caused by installation error rather than pre-existing soil conditions disclosed at the time of estimate
• Improper curing that leads to premature surface failure
• Workmanship-related finish defects identified within the warranty period

What's Not Covered

Concrete is a durable material, but it isn't indestructible, and some things fall outside what a workmanship warranty is meant to cover:

• Normal hairline cracking along control joints — this is expected, designed-for behavior, not a defect
• Damage from de-icing salts, chemicals, or improper maintenance
• Damage from vehicles, equipment, or loads the surface wasn't designed for
• Damage caused by other trades, landscaping work, or site changes made after installation
• Acts of nature (flooding, earthquakes, tree root intrusion after the fact) and normal weathering or color fading over time
• Pre-existing soil or drainage conditions disclosed at the time of your estimate that you chose not to have corrected

How It Works

If you believe an issue falls under this warranty, contact us and we'll schedule an inspection. If we confirm it's a workmanship issue covered under the terms above, we'll repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you for labor or materials tied to that repair.
